“Unfortunately, Armenia has not fully learned the lesson from the Second Karabakh War. Therefore, in very difficult conditions, we have managed to do this, and today we are located in the key points along the entire border. Not only have we settled there, but we have also built a modern infrastructure to be able to serve there,” Report informs, referring to President Ilham Aliyev's January 12 interview with local TV channels.
"Because the weather there is very cold and it is very difficult to conduct military service. The thickness of snow is probably 3-4 meters," the head of state said.
