Azerbaijani journalists visited the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan construction site as part of a media tour of Uzbekistan.
According to Report's correspondent in Tashkent, the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan resort and residential complex is being built on the shore of the Charvak Reservoir, about 80 km from Tashkent.
The journalists were first presented with a model of the project and its first phase of implementation, after which they toured the construction site. The project envisions the development of an international year-round resort combining residential and tourism infrastructure.
The master plan for Sea Breeze Uzbekistan covers 527 hectares, with a 7-km-long shoreline. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2035. The first stage covers 190 hectares, of which 100 hectares are allocated to the first phase. Construction of a 2.3-km-long boulevard is already underway.
Particular attention is being paid to landscaping and preserving Charvak's natural environment. More than 1,000 trees have already been planted, while more than 10,000 are planned in total. Existing greenery, including fruit trees, will be preserved as much as possible.
Project representatives noted that the environmental component is one of the most challenging aspects of construction, as the Charvak Reservoir is a source of drinking water for Tashkent and the Tashkent Region. Therefore, the project provides for centralized water supply and sewage systems, as well as the use of modern materials and equipment.
As part of the first phase, a landscaped area suitable for residential use is planned. Construction of individual facilities is expected to take approximately 36 months, and the company expects the area to undergo significant changes over the next year and a half.
Residential projects include White Villas and Lighthouse, which are already known from Sea Breeze in Azerbaijan. White Residences, Marina Village and other projects are planned for subsequent phases. At the same time, concepts successfully implemented in Baku are being adapted to the terrain and natural landscape of Charvak.
In addition to residential real estate, the project includes hotels and aparthotels, equipped beaches, sports facilities, restaurants, recreation areas, and health and entertainment infrastructure. Venues for concerts, festivals, and sporting and cultural events are also planned.
