Azerbaijani FM: Azerbaijan's position on Jammu and Kashmir remains unchanged

Azerbaijan's position on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir remains unchanged, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with his Pakistani counterpart Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Report informs.

According to Bayramov, Azerbaijan has always appreciated Pakistan's solid political and moral support to Azerbaijan during the past Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, the 44-day Patriotic War and the subsequent period:

"Our position on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir has always been consistent. Azerbaijan supports the peaceful solution of this problem based on the norms and principles of international law and relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council, as well as with full respect for international humanitarian law."
