Azerbaijan, Türkiye strengthen disaster risk reduction cooperation

Azerbaijan and Türkiye are cooperating in the field of disaster risk reduction and the response to destruction caused by natural disasters, Ali Hamza Pehlivan, head of Türkiye's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), told Report.
He noted that last week, a delegation from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations visited AFAD.
Pehlivan emphasized that the collaboration between Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations and AFAD includes mutual visits, experience sharing, and joint exercises.
