Azerbaijan, Turkey and Pakistan condemn Armenia's actions - Baku Declaration

"We condemn Armenia's refusal to provide Azerbaijan with maps of mined areas," stated the Baku Declaration adopted at the end of the first trilateral meeting of the Speakers of the Parliaments of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Pakistan.
"We emphasize our full solidarity with Azerbaijan in reconstructing the liberated lands and returning refugees to their homes," the statement said.
