Azerbaijan will allocate $3.5 million to the SPECA Trust Fund, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said at the Baku summit of heads of state and government of the countries participating in the UN Special Program for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA), Report informs.
