The event "Heritage, Travel and Traditions of the Silk Roads: A Journey of Intercultural Dialogue" took place at UNESCO headquarters on the occasion of the International Day of Dialogue among Civilizations.

According to Azerbaijan's Permanent Delegation to UNESCO, cited by Report, during the high-level panel session "From Heritage to Experience: Connecting the Silk Roads Today", Ambassador Elman Abdullayev participated as a speaker, highlighting Azerbaijan's historic role along the Silk Roads and the importance of cultural heritage, intercultural dialogue and connectivity in fostering mutual understanding and bringing people closer together.
