Azerbaijan's NATO envoy visits energy security centre in Vilnius

Azerbaijan's representative to NATO, Jafar Huseynzade, has visited the alliance's Centre of Excellence for Energy Security (ENSEC COE) in Vilnius, Lithuania, Azerbaijan's mission to NATO wrote on X, Report informs.
Huseynzade, who heads Azerbaijan's mission to NATO, met with the centre's director, Colonel Gytis Kazokas, during the visit.
The Azerbaijani envoy was briefed on the scope of activities carried out by ENSEC COE, which focuses on strengthening NATO's resilience in the field of energy security.
The visit underscored Azerbaijan's interest in cooperation with NATO structures on energy security, a sector seen as critical amid global geopolitical tensions and growing cyber threats to infrastructure.
