Azerbaijan assists organizations, countries in fighting pandemic

"The Republic of Azerbaijan, which has proven itself as a responsible and reliable partner in the international arena, has made a significant contribution to global efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, " Report states, citing the press release of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan on the results of 2020.
"Azerbaijan has provided $ 10 million in voluntary financial contributions to the World Health Organization, as well as humanitarian and material assistance to ISESCO and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), and more than 30 countries. Not coincidentally that the World Health Organization called Azerbaijan an exemplary country in the fight against the pandemic," the statement said.
