Azerbaijan interested in accelerating work on TRIPP corridor

Azerbaijan is interested in expediting progress on the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP), Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during a meeting with US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Allison Hooker, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The sides highlighted the importance of cooperation in ensuring regional stability, energy security and the expansion of international transport corridors.
In this context, Azerbaijan expressed its interest in accelerating the work the United States is carrying out under the TRIPP initiative, aimed at providing connectivity between the country's mainland territory and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
