Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan sign bilateral documents

A series of bilateral documents have been signed between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan in Tashkent with the participation of Prime Ministers Ali Asadov and Abdulla Aripov.
According to Report's correspondent in Tashkent, the agreements cover cooperation in several strategic sectors, including the joint development of a gold deposit in Uzbekistan involving AzerGold CJSC.
The documents also envisage cooperation in the banking sector between the International Bank of Azerbaijan and a relevant Uzbek financial institution, as well as joint development of significant mineral deposits in Uzbekistan involving NEQSOL Holding.
Ali Asadov is on a working visit to Uzbekistan at the invitation of the Uzbek side to participate in the 5th Tashkent International Investment Forum.
