Azerbaijan won and liberated Shusha on November 8 after launching a counteroffensive against yet another Armenian provocation on September 27, 2020, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkey Rashad Mammadov said in an interview on November 8 - Victory Day, Report informs.
"Today, we celebrate both the 30th anniversary of our independence and the liberation of Karabakh. This is a holiday not only for Azerbaijan but also for the 84 million Turks," he said.
