Ambassador of Azerbaijan in Israel: Aghdam-Khankandi Road has been repeatedly refused by Garabagh separatists

Four-lane rebuilt Aghdam-Khankandi Road has been repeatedly refused by the Garabagh separatists, the road was even barricaded with concrete on the order of their leaders, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the State of Israel, Mukhtar Mammadov, wrote on X, Report informs.

"A proposal by Baku to have supplies convoyed by the Red Cross-not Azerbaijan-using the Aghdam-Khankandi Road was rejected. Even proposals just to have a dialogue about it were rejected. Yet they say Armenians in Garabagh are facing ethnic cleansing at the hand of Azerbaijan, he said.
