Aliyev: Azerbaijan favors peaceful resolution of situation concerning Iran

Azerbaijan favors resolving the situation concerning Iran through peaceful means and negotiations, President Ilham Aliyev said during a meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on August 31, Report informs.

The head of state emphasized that Azerbaijan's assistance to Iran under the current circumstances was an example of brotherhood.

President Ilham Aliyev reiterated that his country supports resolving the situation concerning Iran through peace and dialogue.
