Adylbek Kasymaliev: Zangazur corridor to contribute to regional integration

The Zangazur Corridor will contribute to the development of integrated infrastructure in the region, Chairman of Kyrgyzstan's Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev stated at the second meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice President of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Baku, Report informs.
The chairman recalled that Kyrgyzstan's President Sadyr Japarov noted last year at the Central Asia – Asia-Pacific Region meeting that the Zangazur Corridor is the logical continuation of the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan railway.
"This transport link will connect China's Pacific coast with Central Asia, the Caspian region, Azerbaijan, and Türkiye, thereby linking to European markets. It will also help develop integrated infrastructure in the region," Kasymaliev added.
