Sabah President: Valdas Dambrauskas plays key role in club's UCL success

Head coach Valdas Dambrauskas played a major role in Sabah FK's qualification for the UEFA Champions League (UCL) league phase, Sabah President Magsud Adigozalov told Report in an interview.

Adigozalov highlighted the importance of stability and long‑term cooperation within the team:

"Valdas Dambrauskas has had a huge role in achieving this success. His influence goes beyond tactics – he has instilled a mindset and winning mentality in the team. The players believe in his principles and understand clearly what they must do on the pitch. Even in the most difficult moments, the team never abandons its game or fighting spirit, which is the result of the coach's work. We are very satisfied with his performance and the progress he has brought to the team. Of course, in football, decisions about the future are made through mutual discussions and at the right time. But as a club, we value stability and long‑term cooperation."
