The Romanian Football Federation (FRF) has introduced a black card in youth football to minimize bullying and pressure from parents and spectators in the stands, according to FRF's official website, cited by Report.
"Football should remain a game, a place of joy and healthy development for children.
With this measure, the FRF becomes the only football federation in the world to introduce a card designed exclusively to penalize inappropriate behavior by spectators in the stands," the statement said.
It is emphasized that the black card may be used in youth competitions in the U7–U16 age categories.
