Qarabag’s rival in the Champions League extends contract with manager

Baku. 5 September. REPORT.AZ/ Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has extended his contract with the club. 

Report informs citing the Madrid club's official website, a new agreement has been reached with the Argentinean specialist until 2020.

Simeone has been in charge of the team since 2011. Under his leadership, the Madrid players won 200 matches out of 321.

Notably, Atletico is one of the opponents of Qarabag in the Champions League group stage.Games between the two teams will be held on October 18 at the Baku Olympic Stadium and on October 31 at the Metropolitano Stadium.
