Israeli footballer invited to Azerbaijani national team

Azerbaijani national team invited Israeli footballer Amir Agayev, who preferred Greek Atromitos at the end of the 2019/2020 season, Report says, citing Fosonline.gr.
The new head coach has invited the 28-year-old Israeli midfielder to the UEFA Nations League matches against Luxembourg and Cyprus.
AFFA has reportedly sent a letter to Athens. Agayev is to attend a training camp scheduled for August 31-September 8.
Notably, the Azerbaijani national team will face Luxembourg in Baku on September 5, while Cyprus on September 8.
