Mats Hummels has not been included in the Germany squad for Euro 2024 despite his excellent recent performances for Borussia Dortmund, Report informs via BVB BUZZ.
Julian Nagelsmann has made the decision not to call up Mats Hummels for this summer's European Championship, according to multiple reports in Germany.
Despite being one of Borussia Dortmund's top performers this season, the veteran center-back has not been able to earn a recall to the Germany squad.
The decision to not include Hummels is a big surprise, as the 35-year-old has rolled back the years with his performances this season. The 2014 World Cup winner has stepped up and led the BVB defense really well, and has played a key role in their run to the Champions League final.
