Bayern Munich star says he had to undergo surgery three times due to cancer

Bayern Munich star Manuel Neuer took to social media to reveal he has suffered from skin cancer.

Report informs, citing Daily Mail, that Bayern Munich captain had surgery three times and still has a facial scar.

Neuer, 36, is not expected to miss the World Cup as a result of the cancer.

Speculation about a possible illness started in December 2021, when Neuer was walking around with a noticeable plaster on his face ahead of Bayern Munich's Champions League clash against Barcelona.
