Azerbaijan Cup 2026/2027 qualifying draw held

The draw for the 2026/2027 Azerbaijan Cup football season has been held.

According to Report, the pairings for the qualifying rounds were determined at the ceremony.

"Shimal" – "Araz-Nakhchivan"

"Kapaz" – "Baku Sporting"

"Sabail" – "Zira"

"Gabala" – "Mingachevir"

"Khankendi" – "Ganjabasar"

"Shamakhi" – winner of "Aghdash"/"Hypers"

"Shafa" – winner of "Shamkir"/"Aghstafa Gencleri"

"Karvan-Yevlakh" – winner of "Difai"/"Zangezur"

"Zagatala" – winner of "Marafon"/"Dinamo"

"Imishli" – winner of "Garadagh Lokbatan"/"Shaki"

"Sumgayit" – winner of "Shirvan"/"Kur-Araz"

A total of 34 teams will participate in the Azerbaijan Cup. Up to the quarterfinals, winners will be determined over a single match. From the quarterfinals onward, ties will be played over two legs, home and away.

The Azerbaijan Cup final will be held at Ganja Stadium on May 12, 2027.
