Algeria, Austria share points in six-goal World Cup thriller

Algeria have drawn with Austria at the FIFA World Cup.

Report informs that the Group J Matchday 3 game held at Kansas Stadium ended in a high-scoring 3-3 draw.

Algeria's goals were scored by Riyad Mahrez, who netted in the 60th and 90+3rd minutes, and Rafik Belghali in the 45th minute. For Austria, Marko Arnautovic scored in the 28th minute, Marcel Sabitzer in the 55th minute and Sasa Kalajdzic in the 90+6th minute.

The match was officiated by Uzbek FIFA referee Ilgiz Tantashev.

Austria, who finished second in the group, will face Spain in the round of 32. Algeria, who qualified as one of the best third-placed teams, will take on Switzerland.
