SOCAR accounts for over 72% of state company dividend revenues in Azerbaijan

In 2025, state-owned enterprises in Azerbaijan transferred 636.6 million manats in dividends to the state budget, with the bulk coming from the State Oil Company - SOCAR, as stated in the draft law on the execution of Azerbaijan's state budget for 2025.
According to Report, of the total amount, 461.5 million manats were paid by SOCAR, while another 175.1 million manats came from the International Bank of Azerbaijan.
The draft law is being discussed at today's meeting of the Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Milli Majlis.
