Situation in capital markets discussed in Azerbaijan’s Central Bank

An exchange of views on trends and challenges in the capital markets took place at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), CBA Chairman Taleh Kazimov wrote on X, Report informs.

“Another meeting was held with the heads of the National Depository Center, Baku Stock Exchange CJSC and investment companies. We discussed activities on the development of capital markets in the country for nine months of this year and the role of this area in the financial system, exchanged views on the current investment climate, opportunities and prospects created for investors, as well as trends and challenges in the capital markets,” he wrote.
