Russian fintech company looking forward to fruitful cooperation with Azerbaijan

Russian fintech company OneSpan is in talks with several well-known Azerbaijani banks to test anti-fraud products in the field of remote banking, sales director of the company Dmitry Zveginets told Report.

He noted that the company is just starting cooperation with Azerbaijan, but the expectations are very positive.

OneSpan is engaged in the field of fintech, developing anti-fraud solutions - two-factor authentication technologies and mobile banking security.

“We have established communication with several active integrator partners, we hope for fruitful cooperation next year,” he said, noting that all modern customer service technologies are already being implemented or in the process in Azerbaijan.

Zveginets also emphasized the importance of holding events such as the International Banking Forum “Cashless Economy”: “OneSpan is taking part for the first time in the forum. It is safe to say that this is a top-class forum, where a huge number of interesting, and most importantly, topical issues were raised, such as increasing the digitalization of users and the necessary level of security that follows from this.”

Following its presentation, the company talked to about 15 banks that are very interested in OpenSpan technologies. “We have planned many meetings, which, we hope, will lead to mutually beneficial cooperation,” he said.
