Baku. 5 March. REPORT.AZ/ PSG Kapital Investment Company CJSC will increase its authorized capital by 1 mln AZN or 2 times up to 2 mln AZN.
Report informs, 1 000 new shares will be issued with nominal value of 1,000 AZN each for turnover growth.
The sole shareholder of the company Faig Mammadov is expected to take shares.
After completing the process, PSG Kapital will be the largest investment company in the country leaving behind Azfinance Investment Company CJSC with capital of up to $ 1.55 million.
