IBA owns 100% of its subsidiary in Georgia

The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has increased its share in IBA-Georgia from 75% to 100%, Report informs citing the bank.
So far, the Azerbaijan Industry Bank has had 12.5%, and Georgian citizens Ivane and Natiye Chkhartishvilis 6.25% share each.
