Holcim Azerbaijan's net profit rises 53% in 2025

Holcim Azerbaijan OJSC ended 2025 with a net profit of 29.971 million manat ($17.6 million), Report informs, citing the company's financial report.

This is 53.35% more than a year earlier.

The company's revenue grew by 11.6% to 235.251 million manat ($138.4 million). Cost of sales increased to 119.269 million manat ($70.2 million), general and administrative expenses to 24.54 million manat ($14.4 million), and selling expenses to 7.875 million manat ($4.6 million). Finance costs decreased by 10.6% to 6.29 million manat ($3.7 million).

As of January 1, 2026, Holcim Azerbaijan's assets amounted to 324.163 million manat ($190.7 million), up 9.25% year-on-year. Liabilities increased by 8.2% to 159.157 million manat ($93.6 million), while equity rose by 10.2% to 165.006 million manat ($97.1 million).

Holcim Azerbaijan was established in 2000 and is the largest cement producer in Azerbaijan. The company's authorized capital is 31.813 million manat ($18.7 million). Swiss companies Lafarge Holcim and Holcim Auslandbeteiligungs GmbH own 86% of its shares, while the remaining 14% belong to individuals.
