Entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan to receive AZN 100 million

The state budget of Azerbaijan has allocated an additional AZN 100 million to provide financial support to entrepreneurs in connection with the coronavirus pandemic.
Report informs, Chairman of the parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship, Tahir Mirkishili said.
"By yesterday's decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the support provided by the state for entrepreneurs affected by the pandemic in Azerbaijan considered for another month. I would like to emphasize that as of July 1 of this year, the state paid more than AZN 170 million to 210 thousand hired workers of 24,300 entrepreneurs and 105,6 thousand individual entrepreneurs." - chairman of the committee stressed.
