Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) held a shareholder meeting on June 3.
Report informs that BSE’s financial statement for 2018 was confirmed, the Audit Committee was reformed, and the budget for 2019 was confirmed at the meeting.
Moreover, Chairman of BSE Management Board Vugar Namazov was dismissed because of changing his job. Acting Chairman of the Management Board is Eldar Abdullayev, Director for Operation and Information Technologies.
