CBA prepares to implement liquidity coverage ratio in manat

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) plans to implement a liquidity coverage ratio in manat this year, according to the CBA's Executive Director, Shahin Mahmudzada, Report informs.
"This will replace the demand in foreign currency with demand in the national currency. The main goal is to monetize dollarization. We want to apply this ratio to increase manatization trends," he noted.
