Baku sees 7.8% increase in average monthly nominal salary

The average monthly nominal salary of hired employees in Baku stood at 1,385.9 manats ($815.2) in January-April 2026, Report informs, citing the Baku City Statistics Department.

The average monthly salary in the capital increased by 7.8% compared with the first four months of 2025.

In January-April 2026, the average monthly nominal salary of hired employees in Azerbaijan rose by 6.5% year-on-year to 1,172.1 manats ($689.5).
