AzerGold discloses financial results for first half of year

AzerGold CJSC completed the first half of 2026 with a net profit of $56.673 million, a 70.8% increase compared to the same period last year, Report informs referring to the company's financial statements.

AzerGold's sales revenue in January-June amounted to $145.616 million (a 24.8% increase compared to the same period last year), cost of sales was $63.69 million (a 1.62% increase), general and administrative expenses were $22.246 million (a 59.4% increase), rental income was $7.5 million (no rental income last year), other income was $1.784 million (a 2.6-fold increase), financial income was $1.807 million (a 2.3-fold increase), and income tax payments were $14.098 million (a 68.6% increase).

AzerGold's assets totaled $645.731 million as of July 1, a 20.2% increase year-on-year.

During the reporting period, the company's liabilities decreased by 3.6% to $100.014 million, while its balance sheet capital increased by 25.9% to $545.717 million, including a 4.5-fold increase in its authorized capital to $163.706 million.
