Azerbaijani insurance company handed out 1.1 mln AZN

Baku. 11 January. REPORT.AZ/ 'Mega Insurance OJSC'  paid 1.122 mln AZN to one of its customers this month. 

Report was informed in the company.

According to information, the payment was made for building and installation insurance. Mega Insurance compensated damage caused during construction works.

Notably, Mega Insurance was founded in 2010 on the basis of BE&G insurance company established in 1998. Its authorized stock capital is 14.5 mln AZN. The company’s stock includes 2900 shares each par value 5000AZN. Rauf Zeynal oglu Aliyev owns 19%, Zeynal Hacimammad oglu Aliyev – 19%, Nezaket Zakir gizi Ismayilova – 19%, Zaur Zakir oglu Guliyev – 19%, Yashar Feyzi oglu Gurbanov (Head of Observation Council and 11.34% shareholder of Rabitabank OJSC) – 15%, Ali Eldar oglu Ismayilov – 9% of company’s shares.
