Azerbaijani bank issues bonds worth nearly $12M

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has registered the emission prospectus for 20 million manats ($11.76 million) worth of bonds from Unibank OJSC, Report informs, citing CBA.
According to CBA, this concerns 200,000 interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary, registered bonds with a nominal value of 100 manats ($58.82) each. The securities will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange LLC through a public offering. The bonds will be in circulation for one year. Their annual interest rate is 11.5%. Interest will be paid quarterly. The underwriter for the process is Unicapital Investment Company OJSC.
