Azerbaijan triples income from cocoa exports

In January this year, Azerbaijan imported cocoa and its products worth $8.662 million, 63.7% more than in the same period last year, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan's export value of cocoa and its products amounted to $0.445 million (+2.8 times).

In January, import expenditures on cocoa and its products accounted for 0.6% of Azerbaijan's total imports, and export revenues were responsible for 0.02% of total exports.
