Azerbaijan to announce its Green Finance Taxonomy during COP29

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) plans to announce the Green Finance Taxonomy during COP29 to be held in Baku on November 11-22, CBA Director General Shahin Mahmudzada said, Report informs.

"Consultations regarding the document were held over the past two weeks, and the taxonomy was discussed with nearly 200 local and foreign experts, including representatives of two international organizations that cover 110 countries. We are currently preparing to submit it to the government. We can say that an agreement has been reached," Mahmudzada noted.
