Azerbaijan's non-oil revenues exceed forecast in H12026

Azerbaijan's non-oil and gas budget revenues totaled 10.98 billion manats in the first half of 2026, exceeding the official forecast by 3.1% and increasing by 6.8% compared with the same period last year, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Finance.

The non-oil and gas sector accounted for 57.3% of total state budget revenues during the reporting period.

Tax authorities generated 7.06 billion manats, or 64.3% of non-oil and non-gas revenues. Customs authorities contributed 3.14 billion manats, representing 28.6% of the total and marking a 1.7% year-on-year increase.

Revenue from paid services provided by state budget-funded organizations amounted to 350.7 million manats, accounting for 3.2% of the total and rising by 12.3% from a year earlier.

Other revenues totaled 394 million manats, or 3.6% of the total, down 9.3% year-on-year, while income from leasing state-owned property reached 28.2 million manats, representing 0.3% of non-oil and gas revenues and increasing by 28.8% compared with the same period last year.
