Azerbaijan’s current account surplus reaches $2.6B in 1H2024

The current account surplus of Azerbaijan amounted to approximately $2.6 billion in the first half of 2024, the Director of the Statistics Department at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), Samir Nasirov said at a briefing, Report informs.
Nasirov noted that the increase in the country's reserve assets (balance of payments surplus) stood at $648 million during the reporting period.
