Azerbaijan's consolidated budget surplus nears AZN 4 billion

In January-September this year, Azerbaijan's consolidated budget revenues amounted to AZN 23,021,400,000 and expenditures to AZN 19,458,300,000, Report mentions, referring to the Ministry of Finance.
As a result, the budget surplus made up AZN 3,563,100,000. This year's consolidated budget deficit was projected at AZN 7,335,300,000.
