Azerbaijan’s Central Bank has no plan to invest in new instruments

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) does not plan to invest in shares, real estate, or other new financial instruments, Ali Ahmadov, Executive Director at the CBA, said at a press conference today, Report informs.
"As with many central banks, we invest in fixed income securities as a conservative investor. Our assets consist mainly of investment-grade money market instruments," the director stated.
