Azerbaijan’s budget revenues, expenditures surpass forecasts in February

In February 2025, Azerbaijan's state budget revenues and expenditures were fully and promptly executed, exceeding the forecast, Report informs, citing the country’s Finance Ministry
State budget revenues totaled just over 2.686 billion manats ($1.581 billion), which is 3.04 million manats ($1.788 million) or 0.1% more than the monthly forecast.
The breakdown of revenues is as follows:
- State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy: 863.2 million manats ($507.7 million);
- State Customs Committee: 530.6 million manats ($312.1 million);
- State Service for Property Issues: 4.2 million manats ($2.47 million);
- State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) transfer: nearly 1.207 billion manats (almost $709.9 million);
- Paid services of state-budget-financed organizations: 40.6 million manats (almost $23.9 million);
- Other receipts: 40.7 million manats ($23.941 million).
The treasury authorities ensured the full and timely execution of all expenditure orders, aligning with the budget revenue dynamics.
Consequently, state budget expenditures in February amounted to just over 3.026 billion manats ($1.78 billion), which is 65.4 million manats ($38.47 million) or 2.2% above the monthly forecast.
