Azerbaijan posts nearly 8% increase in broad money supply

The volume of broad money supply in Azerbaijan amounted to 41,239,900,000 manats (over $24 billion) as of July 1, down 3.7% from the beginning of the year and 0.3% m-o-m and up 7.7% y-o-y.
Report informs referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) that the volume of broad money supply at the end of June amounted to 31,404,000,000 (nearly $18.5 billion), which is 3.4% more than at the end of May, 6.2% more than at the beginning of the year and 20% y-o-y.
