Azerbaijan, IsDB discuss 2027-2031 Partnership Strategy

Azerbaijan and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) have discussed the preparation of a Partnership Strategy for 2027-2031.
According to Report, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), the discussions took place during a meeting between CBA Director General Tarlan Rasulov and a delegation led by IsDB Group Chairman Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser.
The meeting covered Azerbaijan's macroeconomic situation, reforms being implemented in the financial sector and measures aimed at expanding financial inclusion.
The sides also reviewed initiatives to develop Islamic finance in Azerbaijan and the opportunities available in this area.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on prospects for future cooperation with the CBA and the implementation of joint initiatives within the framework of preparing the Partnership Strategy.
