Azerbaijan, ADB discuss modernization of transport infrastructure

Azerbaijan and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have discussed the modernization of the country's transport infrastructure, Digital Development and Transport Minister Rashad Nabiyev said.
According to Report, Nabiyev wrote on X that he had met members of ADB's Board of Directors.
He said the meeting covered the current state of cooperation and prospects for its development, as well as opportunities to expand cooperation on the modernization, digitalization and decarbonization of railways, the metro and transport infrastructure in general.
Nabiyev added that the sides also exchanged views on potential financing opportunities in air and maritime transport, as well as in the space sector.
