ABC-Telecom issues bonds for 7,5 million AZN

ABC-Telecom LLC, the owner of the Kontakt Home trademark, is preparing to issue bonds, Report informs.
According to the company, 7,500 securities (7.5 million manats) with a face-value of 1,000 AZN will be placed in a closed manner. About 20 investors will buy them. The underwriter of the process is PASHA Capital Investment Company CJSC.
The bonds will be in circulation for one year, and the annual yield is 10%. It will be a monthly interest payment. The purpose of the issue is to increase working capital.
ABC-Telecom was established in 2006. Its authorized capital is 10,000 manats.
