US imported oil from Iran for first time since 1991

Iran, for the first time since November 1991, exported oil to the US in the amount of 33,000 barrels per day, according to the Energy Information Administration of the US Department of Energy, Report informs referring to TASS.
The last time Iran supplied oil to the US was in November 1991. Then the volume of supplies amounted to 64,000 barrels per day.
In turn, Russia increased the supply of oil and oil products to the US by 1.8 times compared to February, to 22.94 million barrels. Thus, Russia rose to second place in terms of fuel exports. The first place was taken by Canada (139.87 million barrels), the third - by Mexico (17.62 million barrels).
