UK's oil imports from Azerbaijan down by 5%

In 2024, Azerbaijan exported 659,515.53 tons of crude oil worth $396.13 million to the UK, according to the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The volume of Azerbaijani oil exports to the UK decreased by 4.56%, and the value shrank by 8.36% compared to 2023.
The share of crude oil exported to the UK in Azerbaijan's total oil exports was 2.79%.
According to customs declarations, in 2024, Azerbaijan exported nearly 23.6 million tons of crude oil and oil products obtained from bituminous rocks worth $14.44 billion.
During the reporting year, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations worth $47.61 billion with foreign countries. Of the foreign trade turnover, $26.55 billion accounted for exports and $21.05 billion for imports.
