STAR oil refinery announces volume of jet fuel production

In July of this year, the STAR refinery (NEZ), an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced more than 138,232 tons (-8,130 tons, or 5.55%) of kerosene (aviation fuel) for jet engines, Report informs, citing the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).

In total, 562,229 tons of kerosene for jet engines were produced from oil refineries in Türkiye in July of this year, 78,332 tons, or 16.2%, more than in July 2022.
